 F A Q

  • I feel passionately that good branding is more than just a logo. My branding packages offer a deep dive into the core values and target audience of your brand so that the visual communications have a strong strategic foundation. Then a carefully crafted family of visual assets - including a logo - can be designed and developed for stand-out results.

  • I am usually booked up 2 months in advance, but things move and change so it’s always worth enquiring about my availability.

  • I build custom websites on either the Squarespace or Shopify platforms. This enables custom design (not templated) using CSS but also provides top-of-the-range functionality with an easy-to-use back end for ongoing management.

  • First on our agenda will be a discovery call - here I can identify your needs and creative brief. You don’t need anything prepared at this point, although an idea of your budget and timeline are useful. I will give you your homework once you have decided to work with me.

  • Yes! I ask for a 50% deposit up front to secure your spot on my schedule. From there we can arrange how the remainder is paid, in weekly, monthly or staged payments. All fees must be paid in full before the delivery of the final designs at the end of the project.

  • Yes! I studied Graphic Design at GCSE and A Level. Then I went on to complete an art foundation course which led me to study Ba(Hons) Graphic Design at Kingston University which was a really concept-based, creative thinking degree. It taught me how to respond to a creative brief and was very hands-on. I learnt how to use design software on the job once I had graduated and have continued to do training throughout my career since then.
